Geetha Shishu Shikshana Sangha (R) is the outcome of the vision and initiative of Late. Prof. B.S.Pandit who retired as Professor, from SJCE, Mysuru. His vision was to provide quality technical education empowering women. The Institution reflects the ideals of its founder and seeks to achieve excellence as an academic institution and advanced research centre. The vision of the management and commitment provide good governance resulting in progress of the institution.

             Five Engineering branches ECE, CSE, ISE, TCE and ITE are accredited for three years by NBA, New Delhi, (Validity: 01-07-2017 to 30-06-2020). Housed in a sprawling campus of 14 acres, established in the year 2003, GSSSIETW has already become one of the reputed colleges in the state of Karnataka. Pollution free lush green campus, excellent placement achievement and well furnished placement cell, fabulous state of art standards with a total built up area of over 3,00,000 sq.ft, accommodates well ventilated Class Rooms, Departmental Laboratories, Workshop, Library & Information Center, EduSat Center, Computer Center, Meditation Hall, Placement & Training Cell, Industry Institute Interaction Activities, Digital Library, Enterpreneurial leadership development activities and much more. The Institute offers 6 B.E Programs, 2 M.Tech Programs and MBA all affiliated to VTU Belagavi.
